Gonda: A free orthopedic camp was organized by Lions Club Gonda Seva in collaboration with HCG Hospital Ahmedabad at Ram Janki Dharamshala, Rani Bazar. Around 60 patients suffering from bone, knee, spine, shoulder, and ligament-related problems received free consultation and medical guidance during the camp.
Renowned joint replacement surgeon Dr. Kunj Patel from Ahmedabad, senior physiotherapist Dr. Vaibhav Agnihotri from Lucknow, and physiotherapist Dr. Rajeev Chaurasia from Gonda attended the camp. Bone Mineral Density (BMD) tests were also conducted for patients under expert supervision.
Dr. Kunj Patel said this was the first free camp organized in the district with support from Lions Club Gonda Seva and termed it highly successful. He added that similar camps would be organized in the future as well.
Several Lions Club members and local dignitaries actively contributed to the successful organizing of the camp.
